I love the paint filters, and use them for filtering my printer resin before storing it after it being in the resin tank. The funnels leave a lot to be desired, both in the collapsed state and the expanded/open for use state. Open the funnels are flimsy, closed they will not stay closed.

I use these for straining model paints prior to airbrushing. They are cheap and easy to use and the purpose of them is that they are DISPOSABLE so the "easy to clean" question does not apply. If you cleaned them you sure wouldn't need 250 of them!

These are considerably smaller than normal cone filters. They are not thick paper stock, either. they are like printer/copy paper thin and arrived all crumpled up and deformed. NOT 5.5" open, realistically 4.25" open at best. Will return.
