These are so cute and good quality, no itch or inflammation and they have yet to fall out. They do seem to snag on my sweaters from time to time so be cautious when dressing.

They are pretty and they match the length and size of my current nose ring. The only issue is the screw is backwards!! Extremely difficult to put in and the screw sticks out of my nostril. I keep twisting it and will follow up my review in a few days with any updates. In the pictures my current nose ring is on the left the Amazon one on the right you can see the screws point in opposite directions. The other two photos show a variety of nose rings from the package and another Amazon order all pointing the wrong way.

The stones are very pretty, a little on the small side for me. The metal is a little bit more of a titanium look rather than a silver. So a bit darker.
