The lock password can be resettable according to your own needs. Just take half a minute to reset it.
1,First set the combination lock to 0-0-0 and find the reset hole
2,Press in the reset hole with the tip of the pen and hear a click
3,Set the password you want(To avoid forgetting your password, you can write it down in a notebook)
4,Push the luggage lock button and hear a click
5,Password reset successfully

This was a replacement for my original suitcase lock, unfortunately it arrived with the two locks, a bag with 4 securing screws and NOTHING ELSE, there is no setup instructions, no email address or contact information plus the length of the lock base is shorter than the original, and I had to drill new holes as the new lock securing holes in suitcase was level the new lock the holes were top and bottom not on the same level as the original. Therefore cannot even give one star.

This was my second try and it should have been my first! This lock was all that I needed. No extra screws, size was snug and features the reset button. Love it!

My lock broke and used this to replace it. Had to drill a new hole on my Samsonite suitcase but works great now. Will be adding the lock to my suitcase that did not come with a lock.
