I would rate it five stars, but trying to get it to quit staining the water. I soaked it for three days wrenched it off really good then put it in there and still stains the water.

It a big chuck of wood with not much creator. Definitely not worth the money. An it looks like I got a used one to cause I didn’t get a zoomed tag on mine. Wouldn’t recommend. Wish I would have listen to the other comment but I thought I would be one of the good satisfied. That at your own risk. An i only got a 14” long when I was suppose to get 16-18”

This is a requested gift to be used in an aquarium. Quality looks good and is a good size and shape.

Great product. Fish love it. Very beautiful. Let it soak in water till it was lightly colored and put in aquarium. After a couple of water changes, no more water coloring.

I get that no two pieces of wood will look the same but I was still expecting something similar to what I saw in the photos here. I ordered the 16-18 inch one, expecting to use it for my air plants. It’s so small, it’s not worth paying the extra. I just measured it in different angles trying to see how the seller could’ve possible thought this was at least 16 inches. I’ve attached photos so you can see my various attempts. Sure the price is good but it’s not worth buying the large size. From what I’ve seen, I got the same piece/size as someone who paid less and ordered a small or medium size. Will be returning.

This piece was larger than I expected and that was wonderful! I have a 65 gallon tank and it fits beautifully. I have a large pleco and he loves this new piece. I do recommend soaking it for a while to leach out the tannins; my piece did not turn the water brown for very long. I would definitely recommend this product. Delivery was super fast and for the size of the piece of wood, the price is great.

My piece is in a 29g. It clocks in at 14" long, 7" tall and about 4.5" wide and weighs around 10lbs saturated. I always know it's a gamble when buying driftwood online but I'm very satisfied with the piece I got! I soaked it for a week with water changed three times a day before adding to my tank. It is still leeching tannin into the water but it takes it weeks to build up any real color. I do my water changes before it really has time to build up anyway. Unlike the tiny piece of Malaysian Driftwood I have this piece does not appear to have been cut which adds to the natural look. I was also lucky enough that the piece I got has a large knothole in the top so I can stick a plant in there; it's almost like a natural pot. At the moment I have a small Cryptocoryne Parva in it. Also looking forward to attaching some Java Moss to it. Mine also had a little bit chip off during shipping so I used it to anchor some Java Moss and a few other bare root plants. This really is the perfect piece of driftwood, I love it and so do my fish!UPDATE: I have had this wood in my tank for nearly 8 months now and it is STILL leeching tannin. If I do not change my water often my fish look like they are swimming in tea. Because of this, I do not think I will buy Mopani wood next time I'm in the market for driftwood.
