The only thing wrong with this is that the picture showed an attachment for the USB to plug into the wall. That was not in the package. Luckily I had an extra one. My friend didn’t have one and I purchased it for her.

This is the 2nd USB card shuffler I have ordered. The first one stopped working after a couple of weeks so it was sent back. I ordered this one to take its place. It also has stopped working unfortunately it had been 5 weeks after the return cutoff date so I can’t get a refund. Never again will I get an electric USB charged shuffler. Granted that we do use it for 10 hours once a week for our card day so it was used a lot in that 2 months that I had this shuffler.

IT SHUFFLES BUT CARDS GET STUCK OFTEN...BETTER THAN BATTERY AS BATTERY COMPARTMENT IS VERY FLIMSY AND DOESN'T OPEN EASILY. bUT CAN'T AFFORD A BETTER ONE.

The product looks ok but as this is a present for someone I can’t really give it as the packaging was in a terrible state when it arrived. It looks like it’s second hand or bought from a jumble sale!

Fonctionne plutot pas mal, bien que les ressourts soutenant le plateau de reception semblent un peu faiblards...celui-ci s'affaisse donc d'un coup au lieu de descendre petit à petit et certaines cartes se retrouvent donc à la verticale.L'option d'alimentation pile et/ou USB est vraiement pratique.

It shuffles the cards quickly and efficiently. You can use batteries or plug into electricity. I wanted the electric shuffler because I play a lot of multiple deck card games and didn't want to have to keep getting batteries. The description of this product could be a little more clear. It comes with a USB cord and you need an adapter to plug in.

I heard many good things about these shufflers. ALL were wrong. When I received mine, I was so ready to start getting 6 decks of cards mixed with ease! WOW was I wrong! after 2 weeks of use I am ready to put it in the trash! NOT one time did it do what was expected! This is a pure pile of trash! Thake my advice. Do NOT waste $$ on this gimmick piece of trash! I have used the hand cranked shufflers for about 15 years without any major problems. M Harris

I did not like the “No tab” on the left side of clear shuffle guide. It makes it difficult to guide. I’m not sure if there should be 2 tabs, but would love to hear from other purchasers to see what they have. The shuffler works well, but struggled to keep it upright and steady. For the 5 crowns game you do not need the 6 deck - the 4 deck should work fine!!
