The quality of the metal is good and sturdy. It's a bit smaller than expected, but I don't mind too much. The color of the red medical icon on the plate, however, lost its color within a few weeks, which now makes it look like a 'regular' bracelet with a name plate. The red color is what made the "medical" purpose of the bracelet stand out, but it didn't last. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with a life-threatening allergy.

Unless someone has a magnifying glass with them they'll never know what your need is. I do not recommend it.

This is very nice and has stood up against daily use. I never remove it. This enough to wear next to another, wider alert bracelet. I ordered too large and lost weight, so I clipped it tighter.

Inexpensive for a temporary med. bracelet but poorly made and have metal/steel that is sharp and scratched my arm when worn.

I had to start carrying an Epi-Pen, so if I am out in public, I'd like a way others can identify if I'm having an emergency. This bracelet has a strong clasp that doesn't come undone unless you want it to. It's also small, like a tennis bracelet, but has the needed information for paramedics. The only downside after wearing it 24/7 for a week now, is that the corners are a bit sharp. Not sharp enough to cut me, but sharp enough to definitely feel if the bracelet rubs against my skin the wrong way. I decided to take it off if I will be at home. If you have thin, delicate skin, you may want to look at other options.
