Found it very helpful to have all the Foodmap info in one place in the tri-fold laminated chart. I keep it in the kitchen next to where I write my grocery shopping list so that I can refer to it.

If you have IBS you will need this list. You know what happens if you eat the wrong thing. This will prevent that rush to the bathroom if you follow this list which lets you know to some extent how digestion will go.

This food list is very well organized both visually and categorically. There are 6 total pages of information laminated. They fold up neatly trifold into a standard paper size.It's easy to find foods by category and there are several options in each category. The information charted is very helpful for people watching what they eat regardless of the fodmap level.Some people disliked the medium and high fodmap foods being listed however I felt it very beneficial. Take for example nuts. All but two are listed as low. The other two (not counting mixed) are high. Without those listed, I would assume nuts are all low and try to figure out why I still felt like crap eating my favorite nuts.I'm very excited to have this giant cheat sheet to start making better choices through the "healthy" foods. Excellent value for ten bucks.

If you're new to FODMAP eating then this handy laminated guide will be very helpful. It's well laid out and contains enough information to get you started on this pathway to eating the FODMAP way! If you only want to buy 1 resource, this may be your best bet! Simple, detailed, and portable - so you can take it with you to restaurants or the grocery store.

This is such a great guide to all the Low Fodmap foods good and bad. It tells you whether they are Low, Medium or Highfodmap, and how much for to eat. This is also broken down into categories which makes it super helpful. For example, Fruits, vegetables, Meats (protein) vegetarian meats (protein) condiments, drinks, and anything else you can think of. It is very well made and laminated.I refer to it when I am making a shopping list for my wife who is following a lowfodmap diet.
