Displaying a guitar on an angle is eye catching. I just wish you could change the arm hook angle to better fit the guitar (they are locked in place). I had to cut the aluminum so it would fit my wall and the guitar better. It is made very strong, and has padding on the arms. I like it.

The only thing that I altered was the drywall anchors. I hate the supplied ones that it came with. I've always used E-Z ANCHORS it's are the only anchors I've ever used on drywalls.

Nach der Beschreibung soll es auch für Ukulelen nutzbar sein?Das ist nicht ganz richtig, wenn meine Ukulele keinen Gurtpin und Gurt hätte, würde sie voll durchrutschen.Auch die Montage ist nicht einfach, wir haben lange gefummelt um eine einigermaßen brauchbare Position zu finden. Die Ukulele hängt nur wenig schräg an der Wand und kippt manchmal nach hinten weg. Nach Benutzung der Ukulele braucht es eine Weile, um wieder die geeignete Position zu finden wo sie nicht durchrutscht, so hatte ich mir das nicht vorgestellt!Der Abstand zur Wand ist besser für Gitarren geeignet. Für Ukulele leider nicht zu empfehlen!Wenn es nicht schon an der Wand befestigt wäre, würde ich es zurück senden.

I bought this to mount my dad's dobro which is significantly thinner than a acoustic guitar, so I cut the arms shorter with a hacksaw, adjusted the foam tubes to length, and fit the caps back on the ends. It looks great!

This product is really normal , not something very special . I was very angry because at the beginning I didn’t find the way to put right , this doesn’t come with instructions and the plugs are just a few and bad quality for that reason I can’t to give a great review but at the end with some effort I found the goal I had for this item .

This wall mount was perfect to display a beloved family guitar. The padding on the mount was soft and helps grip the guitar in place. It does come with anchors for dry wall which I’m sure would be needed for something heavier such as an electric guitar. I opted not to use them and it has so far held up nicely after 3 months.

The metal is heavy duty enough for the use. Designed perfectly for what I needed. I used toggle bolts in hollow drywall. The body portion mounts level. Place guitar body while holding neck. When you have achieved desired angle for guitar to rest on mounts mark the headstock holder and bolt into place. They are deep enough to hold any thickness guitar body. I wouldn't use the drywall screws that are provided but this is typically the case with anything that includes this type of hardware. Toggle bolts are inexpensive at your local HD and have massive weight ratings and you don't need a huge bolt. The diameter that fits in the existing bolt hole is fine or I may have bored them just a whisker. Get them long enough to go through the mounts and drywall thickness and the toggle length so the entire toggle can go inside the wall and expand open. I'm happy with product. I purchased 3 which is my immediate use but I can see myself purchasing more.

I’m giving this guitar wall mount a 4 star, but that’s because of quality control.The wall mount itself is fairly sturdy (well sturdy enough to hold the average acoustic guitar anyway, I couldn’t say for electric guitars as we don’t own one, and they do tend to be heavier...) and we were able to attach it to the wall with no problems at all, it does require drilling into the wall, but it’s a couple of minutes job really. But the quality is what knocks that star off, as a part of the padded area on the wall mount arrived with it peeling away from the metal, which shouldn’t of really been the case. We’ve kept it regardless because it isn’t that big of a deal, it’s just you wouldn’t expect it, and I know that some people may be upset at something like that, and so I felt I needed to mention it. I realise the price is cheap, but then it also seems to be average for a lot of guitar wall mounts that can be purchased online, so the quality should really be better.Anyway it’s so far holding my daughters guitar up well (as you can see from the photo provided) and has been so much better than her guitar being just stood up against her dressing table.I will say I like how you are pretty much able to choose which side the guitar faces (left or right) and the exact angle the guitar sits at, because you can place the 2 parts into the wall as you see fit.Anyway it looks the part and it’s a great way to display the guitar and keep it safe from being knocked over and damaged, so we’re happy overall.

Very simple to use."Adjustable" depth if you're decently handy & want it to look a particular way like I did. I disassembled the second one to make it a single bar. I will probably buy again for another display project.
