This was a piece of cake to install. There were reviews that indicated there were no instructions. My package came with a sheet with instructions which I only used for the recommended screw size. The contraption can only be installed one way.

This tray appeared to be a perfect size for my sink front, however, these hinges are not low profile like other brands, so you need an additional 3 inches in width or 1.5-2 inches in height in the opening where it will be installed. If not, you won’t be able to fit the tray and the hinges.Also comes without instructions. The hinge is very stiff so it can take a while to figure out how it is supposed to work. Once you figure it out, installation seems easy but it won’t do you any good if the hole in the sink front is too small for the hinges and the tray together.These issues could easily be avoided with more photos and measurements.The tray seems decent. I am deciding to keep it for the tray. I will find a use for the hinges somewhere.

I rarely write negative reviews but I hate this product! No instructions came and I’ve tried looking for instructions online but the hardware for similar products is diff than what I received. It’s now past the return period but I literally can’t figure out how to do the install. Over the last few months I’ve retried it and now am officially scrapping this. I’m generally pretty handy but this has frustrated me. If I actually received the correct hardware I have no clue what to do with it. I can’t make any configuration actually fit in my face plate space- every which possible way the hardware is too big.

I bought this for the length of the shelves - 14 inches. I had no idea they would come wrapped in bubble wrap with no instructions for installing or adjusting the hinges so that they could be set so that the shelves did not tip out at a full 90degrees which allows for everything to fall out. The hinges are sturdy enough and the shelves are fine. Just beware of no instructions and no YOUTUBE video for this exact product.
