The Hub is a good fit for the sprocket. The hardware however is not. 3/8 coarse thread bolts are a perfect fit, however. I had plenty on hand, but if you do not then plan accordingly.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this product. The bolts provided to attach the hub to the sprocket are wrong. They are far too small. The hub and sprocket look good otherwise. The threads for the grub screws have some burrs but nothing bad. The grub screws threaded in without force or having to chase the threads with a tap. The grub screws need a 4mm Allen wrench. The nuts that came with the bolts are nyloc nuts. A 1/4" shaft key is also included.

How do you put this kit together correctly if the bolts you guys use for product is 2x smaller than both the sprocket hub and sprocket itself so basically you have to chance it and hope it aligned or fiddle with it till It properly align now I have to buy bolts that are correct size just to make sure it center to hub since you know how the hell didn't see the design flaw In that. Just know if you buy this kit you got to buy correct bolt if you want proper alignment. I would recommend finding another kit that hopefully thought that threw or if you buy this just make to add more money to plan because they sure waste your money.

I know this says 420cc in the title, but don't do that. I have built dozens of minibikes, and 35 chain does not get along with engines that big. 420 chain is your friend if you're getting that big. You will have far fewer problems. I use 420 chain on anything the size of a GX200 clone (like a predator 212) and up.All that out of the way, this is perfectly fine for the little stuff. I used this on a little minibike with a Predator 79cc that I built for the 80 billion kids that live somewhere on my property (I have five of my own, my property is 500+ acres, and most of my extended family lives here somewhere). It's working great on that. 72 teeth means it gets plenty of power out of that little engine in the low end, and keeps the top speed in check. I don't want the little ones ripping around at 60mph, so that's exactly what I want. I get to do that on my main minibike, but it isn't using #35 chain and it isn't 3 horsepower.I haven't had any problems with this sprocket since I put it on. It has definitely already seen quite a bit of use, since it has been nice these last few days. There is almost always someone riding around on a minibike, and the I built with this is quite popular since I let even the smaller kids drive it, unlike the big ones.

Hub and sprocket arrived in good order and on time. They look to be well made and it only took a bit of filing where the locking set screw holes were in the hub to clean up the burs there so the hub would slide on the axle. Major issue was the hardware that was supposed to mount the sprocket to the hub. WAY too small to work but that was nothing that a trip to the hardware store didn't solve. You can see one of the supplied bolts and nut in the picture compared to what was needed. The holes in the sprocket are larger than the heads of the supplied bolts. No sure what they are really for. We will see how the sprocket holds up when the kart is running.

Well well well turned a pos silver streak gokart into a monster and this rear gear was the finish touch. Installed a 6.5 on a 49cc gokart and it yes I’m running 35 chain. Why it’s still governor little kids are riding it. But product 10/10 highly recommend and shipped sooner then I thought. Gokart needs with 1inch shaft I would get them while there in stock
