I bought these to teach kids how to do leather stamping. We are making bracelets out of veg tanned leather, which is the correct leather to use for leather stamping. These stamps are so poorly constructed that they barely weigh anything and leave barely a mark on the leather. The stamping post is so thin that it broke with a 6 year old hammering it with our leather mallet. They make be ok for inking but they are not good for leather stamping.
