This was the perfect fit, I also purchased some matching tights in case it was see through but I didn’t need them. The skirt was knee length and it had several layers (5) with a solid stretchable waist band.

It is a cute skirt but it has a stench- think dog anal gland smell. I hand washed it really well and am hoping it goes away.
