After installing the waterfall only to find out only two colors are working. Unfortunately not the color I was looking for. Too late to take it apart at the moment. Will look to replace it when I take it apart to clean it.

Product has rust all over the spout and faceplate. We have only run the water over it a handful of times, at most. Not happy at all with product qualityEDIT: Seller has been great working with me to resolve this issue and is sending a replacement product at no additional cost

The light bar does not light up very bright - you can hardly see it & only the blue and green work ( if you can even see it ) plus the number they leave you to call you get a voice mail - call back later - sometime - really , so now I have to figure out how to get a new light bar. An update on my light bar - I did get a hold them at a very reasonable time - they where very very accommodating- actually got my new light bar today ( along with a spill way ) and yes very excited it works I am very very pleased with there customer service - I would use again if I got another pond , Thank you very much , great company to work with
