Could not reset this to default. It's defective. This should have been done before shipping the item to the customer. No excuse for this.

Just arrived, and comes with turns out it only comes with two US plugs.You need to buy two adaptors to convert to UK which at £3 each adds another £6 and inconvenience and delay. The spec should mention this, and ideally provide a link to add to purchase.

I was never successful in making a call. Yealink disallowed me to register for its web site so I could not even get support.Hugely disappointed.
