The product managers and the people who created the manual for this product must surely be beginner engineers. I don't understand why they made the W56H and W56 incompatible, or why no matter how much I search the website, I can't find which products are compatible. The descriptions are too useless and complicated. While you may know your own products inside out, for someone who is encountering them for the first time, there's absolutely no useful information to be found. I may not know the performance of the product, but the manual and website structure are definitely very amateurish

The handset used with a DECT system would not call out. Just got busy signals and the error "Timed Out." No way to adjust preference settings as I could not connect with the Yealink WEB interface. Needs a more accessible WEB interface to be usable in a business environment, and of course, it must call out.

Synced up with my existing system which already had 3 phones on it perfectly. Based on other reviews,, I was a little worried I would have issues but this was a more cost effective option to try instead of buying an entire new phone system. Very glad I gave it a shot!

This product is not working properly with the digital platform. My technician installed the converter to adapt the phone with the IP system but it did not work as well. I returned the product they charge 15% restocking fee plus shipping cost which are not indicated at the time of purchase. I was expecting a full refund but I failed. Both product quality and the service quality sucks.
