The physical phone was not in too bad of condition; there were minor scratches and scuffs as described. The device was not sent with the original box, being that it was renewed. Additionally, the box also had the incorrect kickstand for the phone. The cord from the handset to the base station was replaced with a cheaper option as well. I went to RPS to provision the phone through Yealink. The phone was already registered with a previous company and had to have a physical ticket put in to remove it from RPS. So, three out of five for review.
