First one I got came with the white screen of death for these phones. I exchanged it, the second works but the display was all scratched. I get its refurbished but when the display is all scratched up it should be known to the buyer. Very disappointed. I would send it back but I need the phone ASAP.

Product came with stretched out cords. Needed to purchase new cords before I could deploy to customer. This is not the quality of refurbished I have received from other vendors of the same product.

It was very well packaged and every part looked brand new. It also appeared to have a complete set of cables I returned it because I didn't realize it was a VOIP phone and I couldn't connect it in a back office where there is no computer. My bad. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the excellent packaging and like new appearance.

I bought these phones for a local business that didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but wanted a lot of options. These are great phones that can be hooked up to a SIP server and are highly customizable.

The Yealink SIP-T46G is a great phone. BUT:I DO NOT make a habit out of reviewing sellers on product reviews, but since this is "Amazon Refurbished," it makes sense here.The phone I received is still active in Yealink RPS. That means, even though the admin password is "admin," that each time the phone is rebooted, all of your settings will get wiped and replaced from whatever is on the Yealink RPS server.You could probably spend a week on the phone with Yealink and get the phone removed from their RPS server, or you could block the Yealink RPS servers in your firewall, but when you are paying nearly full price for a new item, the thing should just work without additional phone calls or hacks.
