The piston rings that came with the piston did not fit in the piston ring grooves. Could not use the product due to this.

Simply put. It's not made for a yd100.

The rings were way too thick for the piston. The slots seemed to be for a Stihl ring, and they provided regular LD100 rings, which are a lot thicker. Well, I had some Stihl rings, which would have worked if the locating pin wasn't rusted beyond repair. The top ring was able to spin freely.

The only problem was it came too late for me to put it on the motor. Don't buy this if you want to wait months
