Although we had difficulty keeping these inflated, customer service reached out and offered a replacement. Even when the replacement didn’t work, they offered a refund. I’m hoping our experience was a fluke. Like most reviews, many people are thrilled with their purchases. We just didn’t have any luck. I am very pleased that customer service made it right for us. Thank you.

I have family of all ages (5 - 71) riding these snow tubes and extremely happy with construction and love the fact the air stem is short and comes with a blunt cap to avoid injury! You might not love the price but, you won't be sorry you invested in such a quality product.
