I bought this brass step-up ring for a second Nikon lens. My other ring is a more expensive brass brand and this product quality is just as good. Absolutely no binding inserting or removing B+W, Heliopan, or Marumi filters. With quality filters, it pays to use better material for a step-up ring.

Heavy, high-quality brass workmanship. And just the right size. Many of the "name" brand, brass, step-up rings have gotten too bulky and way too expensive. The Luzid is of top quality. Why look further? It's fantastic and highly recommended.

Thicker and heavier than normal designs of step up step down rings. I like that way better than the thinnest possible designs..

Used this on my Nikon D3300 to step up from 52mm to 58mm for using a wider variety of lenses and filters. Brass works better than the plastic ones as it doesn't tend to seize up, and is easy to remove. Accidentally ordered a 52mm to 55mm at first, and they were very good about returning it and reimbursing me.
