Problem 1: Thanks for no instructions - not even a video online like some manufacturers do.Problem 2: The suction cup is garbage. It is malformed and doesn't seal at all, so it's useless. Fortunately I found some industrial-quality ones to get the thing pried apart, after much struggle and teaching my kids some colorful language.Problem 3: The 3-wing screwdriver is either too large or poorly formed and doesn't fit the head of the screws in the battery cable holddown bracket.So I went to the trouble of prying open this phone only to have to shove it back together, and now the seal is broken...hope it doesn't get wet before I take it to Batteries Plus. Thanks for nothing. :(

I needed a battery, because my IPhone 11 was not holding the charge. I came across this battery and I haven’t been disappointed yet. It’s been over a month I’ve been using my phone and charging it everyday. The charge has been holding up allowing me to continue using my phone as I normally would. Great battery, I must say! I spent like 2 hours following an instruction on Youtube by iFixit to replace the battery for my iphone 12. So far so good. Working very well and battery lasts much longer.A few things to watch out though:1. The hardest part is to remove the old battery off. I suggest you have isopropyl alcohol ready to resolve the glue and it will make your life much easier.2. Don't uninstall the taptic engine since one standoff screw took me 1 hour to install it back :/
