works when used... wife is going through some pain at night time with hand... she had the right hand brace and needed one for left... she uses them when pain is high... it helps... we are doing what we can do avoid seeing the doctor so, hopefully they will work as expected and keeps the pain down.

his is by far the best wrist brace I’ve had since I’ve broken my wrist.Once you’ve put it on and it’s in place you’re able to tighten the hold. The best part is that there’s no Velcro. It won’t grab you hair, your strings, your clothes…. It’s very user friendly.I like that I’m able to tighten the grasp just by turning the knob which is very conveniently located where it is not awkward to get to.I’m also able to sleep in it without it grabbing hold of the covers.Since switching over to this brace I can honestly say that my wrist feels better longer and that has a good feeling and a welcomed pain release

Great basic wrist brace! I ordered size large and it fits comfortably and has adjustable Velcro straps to accommodate my swelling joints. I appreciate the design of this brace over others I have tried. This brace has a thin spandex- like material on the inside that is not only more comfortable to the skin, but acts as an gaurd and assists the brace when securing the Velcro straps. That extra fabric also makes it easier to put on the brace one handed. The (black) form of the brace runs vertically and is hard enough to provide stability, but not be uncomfortable.I have chubby arms and my wrist and forearm will swell at times. I have a bad habit of sleeping with “Dino hands” where my wrist bend and hands curl up toward my head. When I do this I wake with painful wrists. I’ve been using this brace at night and sleep well, waking with zero pain and swelling ! Small change for big results!* spandex liner/gaurd example in second photo

Very pretty, works as it should, seems decent quality so far, my hand has stop falling asleep so much and I'm happy overall. My only complaint is that the pink L/XL size is barely big enough. Barely. I admittedly do have slightly larger hands for a woman but if you have big hands for a girl and were offended by the "man hands" episode of Seinfeld you might want to consider a different hand brace.

Like many other computer jockeys out there, I've been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. Mine is fortunately mild enough that most of the time I don't have pain, but it manifests itself as numbness upon waking, which my orthopedist told me either I can get surgery, or I can wear a wrist brace at night - I opted for the latter. This Kenspeed brace is well-made and lightweight. The material is soft and there is nothing to abrade the skin when you wear it. If you look at the picture, the grey portions are where a stiff material/insert keeps your wrist from bending. Tightening the strap is pretty easy, put your thumb through the hole and loop the two velcro straps through the buckles, and tighten. The strap is not ambidextrous so you need to choose either left or right handed. My wrist measured 6.5" which was a little above the size for medium, so I opted for large as recommended. Boy am I glad I did, I can't imagine how I would fit a medium. Overall, it does the job of keeping my wrists straight at night and my CTS in check, with no numbness on waking.

This has been great for hand and wrist pain. It has 2 hard support strips (one on top and the other in the bottom-palm part of the hand). Two support strips, rather than just one, really offer extra stability and support on the wrist. It's also not as long as other braces that reach too high in the arm, which is more confortable for work and more active people. I would recommend it.
