This is such an amazing wrist brace. Anytime my wrist hurts I just use this and it really helps. It is very comfortable to put on and easy to use. It is very stable and stays in place and does not slip or bother.

Great basic wrist brace! I ordered size large and it fits comfortably and has adjustable Velcro straps to accommodate my swelling joints. I appreciate the design of this brace over others I have tried. This brace has a thin spandex- like material on the inside that is not only more comfortable to the skin, but acts as an gaurd and assists the brace when securing the Velcro straps. That extra fabric also makes it easier to put on the brace one handed. The (black) form of the brace runs vertically and is hard enough to provide stability, but not be uncomfortable.I have chubby arms and my wrist and forearm will swell at times. I have a bad habit of sleeping with “Dino hands” where my wrist bend and hands curl up toward my head. When I do this I wake with painful wrists. I’ve been using this brace at night and sleep well, waking with zero pain and swelling ! Small change for big results!* spandex liner/gaurd example in second photo

Very pretty, works as it should, seems decent quality so far, my hand has stop falling asleep so much and I'm happy overall. My only complaint is that the pink L/XL size is barely big enough. Barely. I admittedly do have slightly larger hands for a woman but if you have big hands for a girl and were offended by the "man hands" episode of Seinfeld you might want to consider a different hand brace.

Like many other computer jockeys out there, I've been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. Mine is fortunately mild enough that most of the time I don't have pain, but it manifests itself as numbness upon waking, which my orthopedist told me either I can get surgery, or I can wear a wrist brace at night - I opted for the latter. This Kenspeed brace is well-made and lightweight. The material is soft and there is nothing to abrade the skin when you wear it. If you look at the picture, the grey portions are where a stiff material/insert keeps your wrist from bending. Tightening the strap is pretty easy, put your thumb through the hole and loop the two velcro straps through the buckles, and tighten. The strap is not ambidextrous so you need to choose either left or right handed. My wrist measured 6.5" which was a little above the size for medium, so I opted for large as recommended. Boy am I glad I did, I can't imagine how I would fit a medium. Overall, it does the job of keeping my wrists straight at night and my CTS in check, with no numbness on waking.

I have arthritis developing in my wrist and recently learned that sleeping in a brace can help. I measured my wrist, and based on the size, I selected the large size Kenspeed wrist brace. I have been sleeping with the brace on since it arrived. I am not sure the fit is truly right for me, though, as I have to tighten both straps practically as far as they go in order to restrict my wrist movements. In that way, the brace seems to small. On the other hand, the hole for my thumb feels too tight around my thumb, making the brace seem too small. Because of the odd fit, I marked the wrist brace down a star. It does keep my wrist fairly immobilized, without completely restricting all movement. Since that is the main purpose, I will live with the odd sizing.Of course, only time will tell regarding whether the brace helps with my arthritis or not. Fingers crossed.

This wristband is made of a very nice cushy fabric with piece of spandex sewn the inside. The spandex is only sewn at the side edges and you hand fits between the spandex and the brace. All the edges of the brace are covered with a binding that is sewn down with a wide zig-zag stitch. The splints are placed on the outside of the cushy fabric and covered with another smooth fabric and all is top-stitched into place. The construction is, overall, pretty good. The splint that is on the back of the hand has a side-to-side curve - like the letter 'S' stretched out from top to bottom. The splint on the inside is also curved, but not side-to-side. Its curves go up and down to fit the shape of the hand going from palm up and over the base of the hand and back down to hug the wrist. This is where I have a major problem with the whole thing. In order for this curved splint to be place correctly on my hand, I have to place it so low that the strip of fabric at the top of the thumb opening cuts into the skin between thumb & index finger. Even if I fudge it a bit and raise the brace, I can only raise it so much before it becomes extremely uncomfortable on the back of my hand. At the point to which I can raise it, the fabric still cuts into the skin, just not as much, and I can only tolerate it for short periods of time.If you are lucky enough that the curves of the inside brace hit the right spots, this would be a very good wrist support would be well worth getting. Unfortunately, I am not one of those lucky people and I will not be able to wear this brace

I love that this has a place to hold your wrist in so you can wrap it without it falling off or struggling to attach the velcro.I had no idea what I was missing with this feature. This is so much easier to use. I do wish that the thumb hole had a little extra room bc i tend to get bothered if the hole is too close to my thumb. Other than that, this wrist brace is comfortable and the little sleeve that helps you keep it in place while putting it on, also keeps you from sweating profusely. I had gotten the impression that it was just part of the healing process. I was even able to get this in pink. Wish they had purple and an assortment of bright and fun colors to match my daily attire.

The brace itself is nice but the size is way off. I ordered the large and this thing would only fit a child or very small adult. I am an average/smaller guy and it did not fit me. My wife is under 5ft and very petite. It fit her. Would not recommend if you are looking for an actual large, or even a medium.
