Reasons for Inaccurate Reading
When your blood perfusion level is low, the spo2 pulse oximeter might have a hard time registering an accurate reading;
We suggest that you warm your hands and fingers before taking the measurements (You can do this simply by rubbing your hands together);
Following that, please also ensure that you keep your hand still because any movement can cause the device to reset its reading;
Nail polish and false fingernails may also cause false readings.
Troubleshooting
Back case (battery cover) not stay closed? The original design was considering help user to open the battery cover easily. Try to put the two batteries in the battery cabinet and you will find the battery case stay more closed than no batteries in it. If this doesn’t help, just contact us for further solution.

Bought a rose gold pulse ox when I started nursing school. Today I gifted my coworker one. She was impressed it tells you the respirations. It's durable and easy to use, going on 3 years using mine. I have dropped it many times and it works perfectly. No damage done to mine. Will have to buy a new one as someone decided to steal mine.

Another nurse I work with had 1 and I needed this, it has respirations. Works great and came with case lanyard and batteries. What more do you need in 1 little pulse ox? Plus price was right!

I had COVID in May 2022 and was worse than when I had it the first time.I was sent home on breathing treatments that I had to take several times a day and as needed. (I have bad asthma and panicked a few times thinking I couldn't breath), and this helped me determine when I really needed my treatments on the as needed basis as well and not just having a panic attack.I brought this with me to one of my appointments and this was reading the same as the on in the Dr's office.

Ordered this after numerous visits to the doctors offices of several specialties. In each office they always measured my blood pressure and my oxygen saturation numbers so I decided to purchase my own for the many days in between doctor appointments. Works great...easy to use...easy to read and comes with excellent instructions. Would recommend this to anyone who is conscious of their oxygen and pulse measurements and wants the ability to measure it at any time they wish. Excellent product...high quality!
