Item came in not the best shape, the "screem" is not flat, it's all bubbly and uneven, but it still works just fine and it's easy to use.

We bought this for our very active two years old grandson, and he loves it.A testament to how well it is made is in its continued use for each day over the last two months or so.He has stepped on it, thrown it several times, bashed it, pressed random buttons multiple times, perhaps even trying to bite it on occasion. Generally using it as any other adult would use their own hi tech devices, lol.The sound on this is audible, without it being too loud for a young child.As noted, it is extremely well made, well priced.... it just works and greatly received.I hope this has been helpful.

The buttons hardly work, not at all good for small kids. The volume of the tab is very low, unless put to the ear.

We all love this tablet! It is fun, colorful, and very educational. I love that it plays the whole baby shark song and also does it in instrumental forms. It also does the alphabet, numbers, letters, words, spelling, and you can press the button "Where is...?"and they have to find what is asks for as there are pictures to go with each letter. My little ones are a little too young for a lot of the advanced stuff yet but I love that they're gonna have this for years to come and it will benefit them greatly as they learn more and more each and every day. I do not tire of hearing them play baby shark over and over because it makes them so happy. :)

I should have listen to the reviews! My son 19 mo is obsessed with BabyShark so I wanted this purchase to be the exception to all the bad reviews. I checked it out when I received it was perfect but after a week it just quit working. I replaced the batteries thinking that’s all it could be. Nope!! Just quit working completely after literally 10 days! So upset about this purchase. It was a replacement from the no brand name cheap one my Mom got off WISH and that one lasted over a year and worked perfectly until we lost it. These tablet toys are my sons favorite and he cried and cried every time he got his hands on this after it quit working. I put it “up” to return but unfortunately let too much time pass dealing with bad weather and Covid in the family. Super disappointed and so is my toddler!! SUCH A HUGE LETDOWN!! 😡

My 2 year old grandson loves. However, you can get the same and similar item at Walmart for half. Not sure about durability as it hasn't been long enough. It was a Christmas gift.

This is so cute and works well. Volume is fine. It is lower than most kids toys but I prefer it this way. Kids can learn alphabet, counting, spelling, etc as well as sing along to baby shark song.
