However the seat is a shocking design.Do not use the screws provided. The screw pierces the wood and into the foam.If any sudden impact cause bit of compression. That is going through you.Work around is to separate the foam and bolt from inside out.After first use the frame started wiggling around no matter how much I tried to tighten it up it would shift.

literally no instructions, the back just screws into a 1/4 inch board. not going on my bike just out of saftey
