The jaws I think are nylon and will not stand up to high pressure, heavy use and abuse. But for weekenders like myself who take a bit of care with their tools this kit is probably fine. The different sizes are helpful and I find myself clamping things I previously didn't bother with.

I ordered the WORKPRO 10-pack bar clamps for woodworking to add to my collection of clamps in my small woodshop. One can never have enough clamps especially when you go to glue up a project that has multiple pieces. I really like the diversity of this set, especially the inclusion of the spring clamps as they were something I was missing in my collection of clamps. Overall, the clamps work well and for the price it was a powerful addition to my shop.

A useful assortment of good quality clamps, about the equal of the name brands. Reversing to spreaders feature is simple and quick with the push button. Spring clamps max out at just over a 2x4 (1.5") capacity.The only thing that knocks it down a star is that the bar clamp metal bars developed a little rust already, and that was from just a very short exposure to a little bit of water (a few drops of rain), which makes me wonder. Bar clamps don't slide well when the bars have rust, and I've already noticed this affecting these.

I didn't have a lot of clapping options in this smaller end of the bar clamp size range so I decided I would get these and see how they were.I have used these for several projects now and am quite happy with them. The mechanism on these clamps is nice and smooth both when clamping down and releasing the clamps serval of the other clamps I have you sometimes really have to work at getting the trigger to release but not these. Some other features I would like to highlight on the bar clamps are the deep faces on the soft jaw caps and the push button to connect and disconnect the jaws for swapping between clamping and extension.As for the spring clamps, I'm more use to the basic metal A clamps but having used these for a bit I am really appreciating the flexible pads on these clamps they seem to grip much better on slick surfaces than simple metal clamps with rubber coatings.Overall, I am quite happy with how these clamps have performed across the projects I have used them on.

I already have a lot of clamps that I use for my woodworking projects, but since you can never have enough of them, I ordered this set. Specifically, I wanted to get smaller clamps to hold and glue smaller parts, since most of my clamps are quite large. The set contains a good variety of bar clamps (2x 12 inch, 2x 6 inch, and 2x mini clamps) along with four small spring clamps. This works perfectly for me and is what I was looking for. I’ve already tried all these clamps and like them. They seem to be just as good as some brand name clamps I have. I like the material, everything looks very sturdy. They also can be reversed easily to work as spreaders. Although I do not use this and haven’t tried this yet with these clamps. It’s great to have the option though. The bar clamps operate smoothly, the quick release works good, so they are easy to operate. I also feel the bar clamps provide sufficient clamping pressure on par with brand name clamps. The spring clamps work good for me as well. All the ones I had before are way larger and didn’t work well for smaller parts that I’m working with now. These new spring clamps still produce good clamping pressure, better than what I expected. Overall, I think this set is a very good value and I’m very happy with it.
