Do not buy - there are much better sources for loops like the ones from Harrisville. I could not stretch these enough by hand to get them the loom. Children would not stand a chance working with these. They are so inconsistent, bulky in one section of loop then ultra thin. I might be able to get 5 potholders from this bag but 2 of them would not be giftable due to the poor quality of loops. I am so sorry I wasted my money and time. Price might be right but truly not worth it.

I enjoyed making crafts with many colorful baskets and rugs on the floor but NOT potholders. There looks lovely style. Thanks (*_*)

The cheaper loops are too short to string across the loom without difficulty. These are much better.

About half the loops were too small for the loom. Very disappointed in the quality.

these loops are the best for everything. Potholders, headbands, etc. Wool Novelty does a great job making these. If ever a problem, their employees are friendly and so helpful.

there are great fun but are a little tattered with lots of loose threads hanging from each loop, is a little hard to get one with all the loose pieces but fun to work with other wise

My 8yo son has been churning through loops - and the activity of weaving potholders is a tool he uses to control his temper. These loops have warped his (17") loom and added to his frustration. NOT GOOD.As the other reviews state, they are also inconsistent in color and a bit raggedy. I liked the texture personally - not fond of nylon texture. But they are useless to us and not really worth the effort to return...

I guess I'm just old school, but these loops are the best for REAl potholders you plan to use, yes they may seem miss sized but just stretch it first, also you may have to help kids weave the loops at the end. They may seem stingy but once washed there fine, these will last forever. Those pretty nylons one are easy for kids to make but they dont hold the heat. As far as the colors they may not seem very nice till you make them up, there homemade potholders not ment for Better Homes and Gardens....i'm in my late 40's and my mom still uses the ones we made from this matteral when we were kids.
