I agree with the other poster where it is a bit over kill for a wood rack. If you build it as shown, you are probably looking at around $250 to build it. I was lucky and had some 3/4" particle board sheets left over from when they built my workshop so that saved me about $110. I also went with 4" wheels instead of 5" and that saved me another $40. It's really not difficult to build just a bunch of 7 degree dado cuts. You will need a fair amount of clamps to put it together. I would also recommend putting a shelf on the bottom in addition to the middle if you have enough plywood left over to do it. It's just wasted space if you don't.
