I really love this jacket, but the 2 star review is because the battery to heat the jacket would not charge when I went to use it for only the second time. I bought the Jacket in Oct and it was Dec when I couldn't get the battery to charge again. Having the heating element was the whole purpose for purchasing this jacket. The quality of the jacket itself is beautiful but If I can't heat it, then it defeats the purpose of why I bought it. I couldn't find anywhere to reach out to the company, so I am putting in this review first. If they respond and resolve the issue I will adjust this review.

I had high expectations and the jacket didn’t meet performance levels with the cold Canadian winter weather. I’m about 125 pounds and the small is generous, but perhaps because the jacket is not close enough to my body, I can’t feel the heat as well as I would hope.Although value for money it still is great, battery life no complaints. Wish they made a size xsmall

The first jacket stopped working after the first day. So I returned it and got a replacement. So far the replacement is working. But we will see.

The jacket has to be worn with a sweater or hoodie to transfer the heat from the jacket.(radiant transfer) This jacket is not efficient just by itself.
