I did my research and bough this hoop skirt to go underneath my dress. It served its purpose well! It has a Velcro closure and you can tie it as well so no issues with it slipping down.

This worked great to hold out the skirt and make it poofy. It held the skirt well throughout the whole event.. would recommend if you are looking for a slip to add volume to the dress.

Ordered this item for my niece for her birthday, it worked very well with her dress. She slipped in and out of it multiple times the evening of her birthday, no issues and it’s integrity remained. Definitely a product you should consider if ordering for a Quince.

I highly recommend this hoop skirt! When the skirt first arrived I was slightly nervous, that it wouldn’t hold up underneath my dress. ( because it seems to be made out of polyester and plastic hoops. ) The skirt is very wrinkly but is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time! It has an adjustable waist and is all most foor length! ^ - ^
