Comfortable Elastic Waistband
- The waist is made of a 1.5cm elastic band and has stretchable elasticity. Each size represents a size range. As long as your waist measurement falls within the range specified in the size chart, it should generally fit perfectly.
- If 39.5inch is too long to you, you can easily adjust a bit length of petticoat by folding down elastic band in the waist and the material didn't agitate your skin.

Having a plus size is nice, and it's well constructed and feels great, with actual structure. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 star is the blue looks like a medium blue in the pictures and is navy blue in real life.

This Petticoat was used by my daughter for her sweet 16. This gives her gown the extra puff it needed at the bottom of her gown, as advertised. the price was perfect compared to some specialty boutiques. She had her fitting and we are awaiting the party in November 2024... will share photos after the party.

I purchased a petticoat from David’s Bridal 2 days prior and paid a total of $106 for it. I thought it was a bit expensive and searched Amazon. I can honestly say I actually like my Amazon petticoat much more and for a fraction of the price made it when better. I was able to pay this price and get my $106 back to go toward other wedding items. I’m beyond pleased. I am 5’6 and 165 pounds.

I feel in love with my pageant dress after I added this. I’m 5’7 wear a 3-4x and this fit wonderfully. Not a squeeze fit but actually I have room. It stretched just fine. The material seems to be nice and sturdy to hold the shape.I would think if you are really bottom heavy it may be tight but I wear at size 20-22 in pants at times with my thighs being my widest lower part. So give it a try! Love it!

This is well made and beautiful but if you're on the heavier side with wider hips it's tight. I'm bottom heavy with wide hips and round butt and it's constrictive on my typical size 20 body. I made it work but if you're wearing a body hugging dress the tight seams that squeeze you will show through. I wore this with a body hugging velvet mermaid shaped floor length gown and the ridges across my hips were visible.

I used this petticoat under a lehenga to add extra volume, and it worked perfectly. It gave the outfit a beautiful shape and was surprisingly comfortable to wear all night long. If you need to enhance the flare of a dress or skirt, this is a great option. Highly recommend

I added for under my wedding dress and it made it flare out nicely. It was comfortable and barely noticeable. Without it my dress would fall a bit flat. I would recommend this for any dress needed the flare. Some mentioned the material feeling scratchy but it didn’t bother me. I wear xl and this stretch well enough to not bother me throughout the day.

I’m still giving it 5 stars even though the small is too big. My daughter is 5’5” and a size zero and I’m going to have to take this in a few inches. HOWEVER... for the price it’s well worth it. The dress shop wanted $100 for the same thing.The slip gives the perfect amount of poof without the stiffness of other slips with a hoop. Adding this slip under her dress and 3” heels also made it so her dress doesn’t need to be hemmed... so that’s $$ saved. Some people commented on it smelling... I didn’t notice an odor. But if yours does smell just wash it. There were comments on it being itchy. Here’s why - the slip is inside out when you open it. You have to flip it when you get it and it won’t be itchy at all. If you want the extra poof to your mermaid/fishtail gown this is exactly what you’re looking for.
