What I got is *not* what is in the videos in any way. It doesn't run off AA batteries, it runs off two coin batteries, so there's basically no light output and it would die within minutes. I took it out of the package, took one look, and realized that it was not what is being sold here. You can get this current version of it for probably $5-10 elsewhere.

This purchase was meant for performance with specific artistic vision. Unfortunately this is not a good purchase for that. The scarf comes equipped with a more rudimentary LED light system then the one pictured. The attached system goes through a basic cycle.There is no zipper- so expect to sew one on yourself or the battery pack will fall out.You absolutely need to fluff it up a bit but the scarf material is good for high level costuming.

Loved this! Super soft and fluffy. Nothing like the cheap fake fur they’re usually made of. Planning to get another.

Worked great for my mardi gras ball. Adding a button or hook n clip, would make it even better.

This scarf is so much fun! I ordered it for my (adult) daughter, who adores anything soft and anything with lights. She isn't here, so I opened it and tried it on to send her photos. I didn't want to take it off, it's SO soft and snuggly! I kept it on during a video call with her tonight, and she was completely enthralled. She can't wait to get her hands on it. This is so perfectly on brand for her!The battery pack is a little awkward, but serviceable. It can also be plugged into a power bank, which is great news. I didn't see any instructions in the bag with the scarf, and I can't make out the ones in the product images. Just keep pushing the button until you find a pattern/color you like.Thinking about throwing this on to walk the dog at night. The neighbors will think I've lost my mind! I'm generally very practical and utilitarian, but this scarf is a fun novelty gift and I approve!
