The plastic in it winded up breaking after one wear. It does have a bit of a stretch but not enough for me. For a smaller person I would say this would work and be good value for the money.

I honestly don't know why the only review for this product gives it one star. I put this petticoat on under one of my dresses and it made it look huge! So puffy! I love it! It looks adorable. It's also pretty easy to sit down and which is a huge Plus for me because I'm disabled and was worried that sitting down in a hoop skirt would be complicated. You really can't beat the quality of this hoop skirt for the price.
