The hat I ordered was shipped in an envelope package which made it all smashed and I couldn't get the shape of the hat back. If it would have been sent in a box that would have been perfect, I liked the hat and the color was perfect.

The material that the hat is made of is wonderful because it really lets your hair breathe so you don’t get so hot! I wore the hat at an outdoor wedding, and it really made a difference in keeping me cooler!

Went to a Kentucky Derby watch party and purchased this hat to wear to the event.The pink is a bit brighter than what was pictured in the description, but it ended up working beautifully with the dress.There is a drawstring inside the brim of the hat that allows you to make the hat smaller. The hat was comfortable to wear for hours.In the middle of the bow is a rhinestone piece that gives the hat a glamorous touch.The hat arrived zipped in a plastic bag. I lightly steamed the hat and voila ! The hat looked as if I had purchased it at a high end boutique.

When I received this hat I was afraid that it wouldn't "pop" up and look pretty like the picture. So what I did was I fluffed it and I turned it upside down. Each day it started to straighten out. It does come with directions if you need to speed up the process.
