It's very thick and soft for those long rough rides. I read previous reviews and I haven't had those issues. Maybe Wolf Tooth change the formula. I stretched mine very taunt while applying. I actually start at the top, so I don't need tape. The bar end caps hold it in place.

わかってはいたのですが、やはりかなりぶ厚いです。私には向きませんでしたが良い商品だと思います。フィニッシュテープは粘着面がベタベタせず、大丈夫か？と思いましたが、ピタっと貼り付いてくれました。ノビもあり最高のフィニッシュテープでした。

A week after installation my tape began to split under the hoods. Wasn’t crashed or damaged in any way. Supple yes, sturdy no.

The tape has very little stretch to it. I followed the box instructions to determine approximately how much stretch it has and even ensured not over do it. After first install it tore towards the end (discovered it the next morning) so I cut that off and retapped with less stretch and after second install there are 3 tears discovered after a few hours. Be very very gentle. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.
