Transmission pan gasket is garbage. I cannot get it to seal up, now I have to spend another $80.00 on 10 quarts of fluid to change the gasket AGAIN.

Filter fit just like a motorcraft one.I personally just reuse the gasket that is already on there (since it is reusable).

The filter may be good quality, however, the provided gasket doesn't fit well resulting in leaking. Had to replace it with a genuine Motorcraft gasket.
