Alternator stopped working after about a week swapped to one that didn’t need harness and worked fine. Tested alternator was also fine. Was getting codes for both terminals.

It doesn't work. I looked it up and you can't go 2pin to 4pin in a 2006 or newer Chevy because it will put you alt in limp mode due to the computer not reading its there.
