Professional IT infrastructure/CCTV installer. This unit installed in under an hour, but I had a spare electrical outlet nearby my camera location, as well as all the tools and materials on hand. Installation was straightforward, with easy to follow instructions.Now let's get to the functionality of this unit. For the price point, I am amazed, by the picture quality, night vision quality and the brightness of the flood lights. I accidentally covered half the neighborhood park these little cameras are so good. Seriously, if you need to compete with the full moon or have a UFO problem, these floodlights will solve either. Your mileage may vary on m*th heds.....

I bought this and an F3 floodlight camera to cover different areas around my house. Installation is easier than wiring a simple floodlight. Since the mounting bracket is detachable you don't need to support the full weight of the floodlight/cameras body while wiring until the last step where it just clicks on and you lock it with a screw.It also has the capability to run on an AC outlet in the configuration right out of the box.After physical installation, it immediately goes into pairing mode. Then you can connect the device to WiFi via the phone app, which was easy and relatively quick. Wireless reception is normal - if you have a concrete block construction home (Florida) you may want to get a wifi extender.The unit also has different modes for turning on the floodlight. You can have it turn on for motion detection, or you can put it on a schedule. I have mine on sunset-to-sunrise schedule, which automatically updates for the change in those times during the year.Footage can be saved to 256GB SD micro card and/or uploaded to the cloud service that comes with a 1 month free trial. It can be set to record when motion is detected in order to save memory. Quality of resolution for both night and day is great. It also can use AI to detect people vs. pets vs. cars in view. Alerts can be sent to your phone for the various items you interested in.

There customer support is a joke. They have not even responded after 5 days to there product complaint and (KNOWN) sound problems that they admit is a problem from the manufacturer. I have to buy and send back 4th time so far from Amazon hoping to get one that actually works correctly with out problems .According to the manufacturer there January shipment to Amazon the problem should be fixed but I have to buy and return till I get one right?((AMAZON DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS)!!!!!!!!)*** Update*** 3/21/24So after buying a total of #6 -F2 Pros , I had to return them all but one over a period of 5 months of just trying to get 2 of them to work as advertised. I'm done with it. There support is a joke. Responding at sometimes up to a week, always offline during the day since there in china you had to wait till next day maybe for a response. There attempt to make it right was a couple $25 Amazon gift cards after having to send 5 units back and still not a second one to work correctly (#1 out of #5) and they apparently did not have the ability to send one to me that worked as advertised. Bottom line....DO NOT BUY!!!!!Buy a name you know and trust. Don't buy a Chinese unknown and wast your time and money.

Have this camera up at our front gate. Oveerall this is a quality product.Positives:Easy to installEasy to setup wifi connectivity-no problems at allQuality made hardwareBright lightsWide camera angleApp programming and accessability is well done, simple to use. Fair price for online storage and access of videos.Love being able to modify the sensor area and sensitivity using the camera view on the app to not get vegetation triggers.Improvements:-Rotation angle of both camera and lights could be greater. I'd like to be able to rotate the camera down further and the lights further down and sideways.-Camera zoom. I'd like to be able to zoom the camera picture up more even if it required a tightening of the wide angle view. As it stands the camera view is so far away it'd be hard to distiguish clealy any shady characters to the neighbors or police. And my camera is pretty close to where persons will be.Overall a very well made camera and am very pleased.
