When I hear the word wind chimes in a description, I expect there to be sound made by the thing that I ordered. These are not windchimes. They look like when chimes as they have balls that hang down from a hook and swing in the wind, but I assure you they make no sound. That’s not the bad part. That’s just me complaining about the description. I love these things. I have them set right outside a window and whenever it gets dark, they light up in the window and swing around, which I find awesome but there’s something else cool that happens when it’s sunny outside the glitter sparkles so you get light at night and sparkles during the day. These are pretty darn cool although I would call him a decoration, not a wind chime, and I would recommend them.

This is a very colorful set of "wind chimes". It really doesn't chime, but rather is on wires like pipes on a windchime, but instead the wires carry charge from the battery to the dangling LEDs. It really a very nice effect at night. It seems to work well. It's for indoor use in our house, so I can't speak to performance outdoors.Highly recommended
