Kayak was shipped without a seat bottom assembly. Amazon couldn’t ship a replacement seat, wouldn’t offer a discount. Would re ship another but we had to return the old one. Decided to return it and order from a different company. Plastic also had a poor finish with lots of small bubbles all across the body of the kayak. Not sure if that’s common with these or we ended up with a factory 2nd that others have mentioned.UPDATE: Month after we returned the product and we are STILL waiting for a refund. It shows as lost in transit and we have to wait until Monday to request a refund.

Arrived with a hole in the side, presumably from shipping. Really disappointed with the shipping company. These are hard to find and destroyed a great kayak.

Love this kayak! It is well designed, tracks well and is fairly stable. Would definitely recommend.

Great product, but the company that sold it was terrible!

Very well made but at 70+ pounds a bit heavy for its size. Tons of storage and paddles well but would like to see a bit more stability. I find I grab my Loon 126 more often as its MUCH more stable and forgiving if you get off center plus it has much more weight capacity even though its only 12'6" long. Doubt I would do it again and will more than likely sell it at a loss.

I have been kayaking for 15 years. I started with a cheap one and found that I was working too hard to cover any ground. I went to the tarpon series for the speed and it delivered. I have owned 4 of these kayaks and use them hard. I have always sold them with no issues, simply like a nice new kayak every few years.
