The stool was a bit difficult to snap together. But simple enough to assemble, I didn't need the directions. Once together, I immediately set it in front of my toilet. I felt like it was kind of small but this makes it low profile and I liked that. However, within 30 minutes of sitting there, my 2 year old used it to step up to the potty to use it. It immediately tipped over and she hit the floor! So I then tested it and sure enough, it flips so easy! I barely put any pressure on the edge and it tips. I could not find anyway to keep this from happening and with small kids regularly using the potty, decided this was more of a hazard than a help in our house and stopped using it. If you only have adults or older children, and are looking for something small, this might be for you. But I can not recommend if you have smaller children that may try to use it as a stool.

I like it very much, gets the job done. Only drawback is it's difficult to put together when your hands are arthritic. My neighbor put it together in one minute.

Wanted to give this a try as I've always heard that squatting creates a more efficient way to empty your bowels. Gave it a try and well it's not for me. Maybe it's just too awkward a position compared to how I've gone to the bathroom my entire life, but it just didn't seem to make any difference. I each plenty of fiber, fruits and vegies so I've never really had an issue going, but recently had some surgery that required pain medication that historically binds me up a little. Gave this a try during that period and it didn't in any way make it flow better.All that said, that doesn't reflect on the product, that's just me. The product itself is plenty sturdy, fits around the toilet the way it's supposed to, and is very affordable for the price. My only one issue with it was assembly. My unit had a slight warp in the area where the legs are installed. Not something that I couldn't make work but wasn't a simple build. I had to pry the edge around the warped area out to get the leg to insert. Once in it went together easily, but might be an issue for someone without hand strength. Other than that it seems to be a well made durable product. It stores easily next to the toilet and is light weight enough for anyone, even children to move.Overall a nice functional product, just not one that I think I'll use too often if at all.

Decent stool especially for kids that can’t quite reach the floor. It’s a good height and a good width. It easily fits around the toilet and can be pushed up against it so it’s out of the way when not in use. It seems to work well for everyone in the house including my husband who is 6’1” and 275 pounds. Definitely a good addition.

Everyone should use one these! We got this one for our guest bathroom, but honestly it was really just so that we would have one available if we decided to use that bathroom ourselves. It works great, fits right into the bathroom, and is a good value for the money.
