I use this mask under a surgical mask to give me space to breathe. Then I wear a cloth mask on top of the 2 others..the dust mask really helps to make mask wearing more pleasant.

I wear 2 round masks and another mask over top of it during this pandemic. I can breath with all 3 on and feel much safer when heading outdoors during this pandemic.

To be clear, in the era of COVID, this isn't a mask to be worn on its own. It is very thin and not rated for protection against the virus. But, it is a good disposable mask that I wear under my cloth mask. I cannot stand the sensation of having a cloth mask suck in when I take a breath. This dust mask eliminates that. Though it is thin, the mask holds its dome shape and serves as another layer to keep contaminants out. I am out a lot to walk the dog so I appreciate this option. After a few uses I just toss it out and grab another one. It may not be for everyone, but the way I use it works for me.

This is one of two brands of cone style dust masks I bought on Amazon Nov 2020. My desire is to use them for COVID-19 as I've used premium cone style dust masks (not available during the pandemic) for years and know that the thick nose pieces and the way they seal around my face will minimally fog my glasses. I've tried all the tricks with surgical style ear loop masks, both disposable and cloth, and none of them work to stop my glasses from fogging.These are quite thin. I can see some light through them if I hold them up against a light or the sun. When I blow through the mask, I can feel some air on my hand. They say you have to be able to blow out a candle in order for the mask to be too thin. I don't have any candles, but I don't think I could blow a candle out. Still, it is thinner than other mask I've worn for COVID-19.What they lack in thickness, they do make up for in forming a good seal around my face, same as the premium dust masks I've used before. With proper adjustment of the nose piece, I can minimize if not completely eliminate my glasses fogging up. I'm planning to wear two during the pandemic for grocery shopping and whatnot. However, doing so makes them my least comfortable mask option. I can't feel air on my hand when I blow with two on, but it will still be thinner than all of my ear loop surgical style masks, both disposable and fabric. In my judgement wearing two masks is thick enough and I do feel comparably protected like my other masks because these form the best seal around my face.If I knew how thin they are, I would not have purchased. This is because wearing two masks is less comfortable and the value isn't that good for 25 uses (I'm really strict about not reusing disposable masks). If you have no problem reusing disposable masks, then these might be a better value to you, but I still strongly encourage you to wear two for COVID (and probably dust protection) to make sure you're not spewing out and breathing in droplets through these thin masks.

I use these utility mask's for a lot of task's to keep stuff out of my Nose and Mouth. I use them when I'm weed eating. They keep the Dirt, Mud, Water, Grass, & Bug's out of my Mouth and Nose. They can also be used for a Mask in a pinch in this Covid Pandemic when shopping as well. Don't weed eat without one.
