Received bag of loose cartridges (including a lighter for some reason!). They appear to be old and used. No returns or replacement possible, so I'm out the money. Buyer beware.

I ordered a BOX of 24 as part of a complete gift. Item came as 24 loose charges. You do not gift that!!!Of no value and can't return. Refund appropriate.
