I bought this to replace a wheel that had cracked and was impossible to get true. I'm grateful that this arrived in perfect condition and perfectly true. There's just nothing better than a true wheel, isn't it? I also like that the wheel came with a Shimano hub. We shall see how it holds up.

Mine arrived true, I didn't have to adjust any of the spokes which was nice. Comes with a quick-release but doesn't come with rim tape. I had to run to the bike shop for rim tape to prevent the spoke ends from eating my tube alive.

Shipping was prompt. The wheel was true and round with no need to tighten spokes. My only feedback is the pictures show a SHIMANO hub, which is NOT the case. Mine came with a Wheelmaster hub.

This wheel came packaged very well with zero damage.I put the tube and tire on and it is as true as I will ever need it to be.The only negative is that the decals had some black substance on it and smeared off a little when cleaned which is in no way a deal breaker.
