I am so grateful that I got the rear for the price! Great quality! You got me back on my bike after 19 years! I really missed my bike! It was a perfect fit for my GT! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

had shipped the wheel with the axle breaking through the box, the wheel was so horribly out of true meaning moving left to right 1 inch which you can't even ride.

Fits perfectly. Replaced wheel on Giant hybrid bike that was bent and had a broken spoke. Seems to be very well made and durable.

Put this on my inexpensive comfort bike after the second broken spoke on the original single wall wheel. It has four more spokes than the original. I was able to switch over the freewheel and quick release skewer from the original with some effort (this comes with a non quick release axle). I am hoping for more durability and no broken spokes for many miles. Had it about 75 miles so far.

It took a little longer for the wheel to arrive but it did eventually. Came in a nice box, well packed and protected. The box says “bike wheel’ on the outside so if you have package theft in your areas don’t let it sit around for long.As other reviewers have said the bearings were too tight and there was a lack of grease in the hub. I added grease and adjusted the bearings for smoother rotation. If you are able to do those things it’s not a problem. If you don’t know bikes well try to have a shop do your install. One important thing I did not read about was that the rim itself is double walled. This was unexpected and very nice to see. This means the spoke heads inside the rim are recessed below the inner tube and don’t touch the inner tube. One rim liner will be enough. One downside was that the rim had a very slight out of true wobble. I run my brakes very close to the rim so I had to tweak a few spokes to get the wobble out. Don’t let that stop to from buying this wheel. Nice wide axel fit in my drop outs perfectly, my Specialized ‘Crossroads Cruz’ has wide drop outs and I was worried it would not fit.

This type of wheel seems to get harder to find these day. This was the right wheel at a fair price. It arrived as promised. It needed no adjustments and it worked right out of the box. All I had to do was spin on the gear sprocket, add wheel tape, tire, & tube and I was back riding again. This wheel worked out great for my Motobecane city bike.

This fit perfect for my 700 38C hybrid bike actually a sixthreezero.I put a panaracer gravel tire on it and screwed my 7 speed maniac freewheel on.Used the rubberband inner cover over the spoke holes from my old wheel inflated the tire and was off to the races.Seems like a well made wheel ,,time will tell

This rear wheel replaces a cheap single wall stock wheel that lasted a year as a daily ride. The stock rear wheel had passed its useable lifespan as weaving through traffic and curb drops had taken its toll. Out of the box the axle didn't spin smooth like ultegra/XT level hubs and I immediately became resentful of the wheel purchase. It felt gritty as the axle spun around. Installed an 8 speed freewheel cassette after swapping some different thickness nuts on the axle to make room for the wider cassette. During the nut swap on the axle I loosened the cone nuts just a slight amount and suddenly the grit and tension on the axle went silky smooth. Machine tightened hubs seem to need that personal touch to dial in. A set of cone wrenches help in this regard but a careful mechanic can make do with less. The wheel is true and surprisingly doesn't require redishing using the 8 speed cassette. My 29 x 1.90 tire is the fattest back tire the bike frame will hold and it seats better in this rim than the single wall stock cheapie.Don't forget to have rim tape on hand as wheel does not come with it!Overall this is a better rear wheel on an under $200 bike that has already seen many upgrades for a better riding experience. (Ditched the grip shifters for thumb, bottom bracket now has sealed bearings and light crank arms, brake levers are now avid sd7, sram drivetrain, and better saddle= all worth it for a daily ride) Glad I pulled the trigger on this wheel. If it tacos on me going off a curb or getting hit by a car I'd replace it with the same wheel.
