These arrived with two of the saucers crushed and dented on one side. The material is unfamiliar to me, and feels like they are suited for dry things only. I would not purchase again.

Perfect soy sauce dish for extra large sushi and sashimi and large dumplings. They're VERY sturdy from dropping outdoors and throwing at people. They're so sturdy that we are inclined to use them for more random things like holding earings, kids tracing and art projects, and holding small items.

Like many other reviewers, I bought these to use as cat food bowls. My cats get wet food as a treat, so it took me waaaay too long to realize that the bowls I was feeding them out of were too deep. I am so very glad I got these, and my cats basically just said "Finally!!!" (well, they weren't quite that polite about it...) And they are so easy to clean! These were a great buy.

These are the perfect size for our cats wet food. They never break when the dog runs all over them and they clean up so well.I wish I had another set for humans for soy sauce on sushi nights.

I bought these to use for fresh food for my Society and Zebra Finches. They are the perfect size for them to sit on the side and eat their fruit and veggies.I only used two since I hand-wash their dishes; and a couple of times a week, run them through the dishwasher. So far, these things are holding up really well - still look brand new after using them for the birds after several weeks.The other day, I needed a small dish for some touch-up paint - this was perfect. It also did a great job when I needed to brush some Elmer's glue on a small project. The paint did stain the container (it was a very dark blue), but it is still usable for other non-food purposes. The glue washed off with no problems.So, I have a couple in my kitchen, a couple in the garage, and a couple for the birds. I will definitely be buying more of these. Heck, I might actually get them to use for dipping sushi or another kind of sauce!I highly recommend these little dishes!

These are great for dipping sauces. I live with 3 guys who are hard on everything. If it's breakable, they'll break it. These little bowls are perfect for dunking everything and can go right into the dishwasher.
