Got this to replace the wire, Chain, and hooks for an antique hanging lamp. Color and design were great. Easy to wire and install EXCEPT for the rotary switch. The diagram is not very good and not having replaced a rotary switch I was a bit in the dark. Tried several times to install the switch to mo avail. Finally found an identical switch on Amazon that had a good diagram of how to install the wires in the switch. 10 minutes later it's in and works fine.

The chain was good but the inline switch was not acceptable. Went to hardware store and purchased a switch I could work with.

This is an item that makes hanging light fixtures in difficult locations quite easy. It does require some very limited electrical wiring knowledge and working from a ladder to hang the fixture. The kit is complete except for any hangers needed to route the chain. Looks good when installed.

Chain is OK... NOT for anything heavy.The electrical switch is crap. Worthless. Completely un-usable.

I have bought several of these kits to restore vintage swag lamps. Very good kits and I like them much better than what the local hardware store is selling..

This was super easy to use. It doesn’t come with a light fixture or screw in for a bulb, it is simply the chain and hooks for a swag light. Pretty color too!

I can say that this product was exactly what they were looking for and has worked perfectly since they installed it. And the price was good. They couldn't find a place handy to home where they could purchase one of these kits so they were very pleased to get it.
