Adapter does not plug in good and pushes terminals out before it makes good connection just poorly made and would not recommend

I bought this thing the wires are coming out of the connectors tried to return it. I was told I can’t return it but I can buy a new one but then what do I do at the old one that came not working properly

Works well but wires should be in some kind of sleeve jacket or harness wrap.Without them it looks cheap and messy inside vehicle.

Outstanding. I searched the world, quite literally for the schematic to wire this myself, to no avail. I saw the weird negitive review and was standoffish about the purchase, but I had no other choice. I bit. And boy I am glad I did. The wires were a bit loose but the pins steady and true, in the middle. So I squirted a little hot glue on the connections, heat wrapped the loose wires, and guess what, that little thing is tough as my truck now. If you can't handle this I'd suggest pulling out your wallet and getting a new controller, or just sell your truck you don't deserve it. The connections fit perfect to the S.A.M. replacement handheld controller (12 pin) to the harness that was in the truck when I bought it (6 pin). The connections were perfect and the pin clip seated exact. Great job making this.
