I've been kayaking for a little over 5 years and this is my 3rd paddle. Learned 2 paddles too late how important weight is! I can paddle hours longer with this paddle compared to my previous Werner paddle. With it's thin blades it glides through the water with almost no resistance. Worth EVERY penny!
